               Codeworks, Inc strengthens management team

                        Company adds industry executive to drive business development and manage strategic accounts

                   Hartland, WI,  May 4, 2004 – Codeworks, Inc, a leading provider of IT consulting to the financial

                   services and insurance industries, announced today the addition of Kurt Heikkinen as Vice President and

                   Partner.  Heikkinen joins Codeworks with fifteen years of IT leadership experience.  Throughout his career,

                   Heikkinen has successfully led technology teams through rapid growth and new product/service introductions.

                   Heikkinen’s background includes management positions within Metavante Corporation and executive

                   management positions within Evolve Software and Peoplesoft, Inc where he helped grow the business from

                   $50M to $1.2B in annual revenues.  In his new role,  Heikkinen will be leading business development and

                   account management efforts for Codeworks.
